| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨开放性前臂及手部神经损伤的显微外科修复与康复治疗的疗效.方法 开放性前臂及手部神经损伤68例,其中66例急诊应用显微外科技术进行外膜缝合、束膜缝合、外膜束膜直接缝合,2例因神经缺损取自体小腿腓肠神经移植分别予以修复,并把康复治疗理念贯穿应用于治疗全过程.结果 术后全部病例经6个月～5年随访,平均优良率86%.结论 显微外科技术和康复治疗的结合应用,是前臂和手部神经损伤治疗获得满意效果的重要方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the curative effect of microsurgery for recovery and rehabilitation of the forearm and hand's nerve openness damage.Methods Of 68 cases with openness forearm and hand nerve's damage,66 cases performed emergency treatment application microsurgical technique proceed extine sew,bundle membrane stitch and extine bundle membrane directness stitch.The other 2 cases performed effective rehabilitation recovered by autoallergic transplanting of shank sural nerve,and to apply the rehabilitation logos perforation to cure overall process.Results After 6 months to 5 years follow-up survey,the average fineness rate 86%.Conclusion Both microsurgical technique and rehabilitation' incorporation application are importance means for forearm and hand nerve damage. |
