本文首次提出用温病学理论解释红斑狼疮发热的病因病理,并以此理论指导治疗难治性疾病红斑狼疮发热惠者31例,临床将其分为三种证型为主:暑湿固阻;热毒炽盛;阴虚内热,邪伏阴分等,分别用蒿芩清胆汤、加减犀角地黄汤及青蒿鳖甲汤等加减治疗,获满意疗效。此法为红斑狼疮发热的治疗开辟了一条新路。
