益肾养阴活血汤联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病对照研究

[目的]观察益肾养阴活血汤联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]将60例患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组进行糖尿病教育并行糖尿病饮食、运动疗法、继续原有降糖治疗;治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加用益肾养阴活血汤(药用黄芪、太子参、生地黄、麦冬、石斛,等),水浓煎,1剂/d,分2次,口服。两组均治疗2个疗程(60d),2个疗程结束后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率93.30%,对照组总有效率83.30%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组尿蛋白、血糖改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益肾养阴活血汤联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效满意,可有效降糖、降脂,改善肾小球的高滤过,减少尿蛋白的排泄,保护肾功能。

Tonifying Kidney and Nourishing yin and Activating Blood Circulation Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of e Early Diabetic Nephropathy Case-control Study

[Objective] To observe the Yishen Yangyin Huoxue Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.[Methods] 60 cases were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group for diabetes education concurrent diabetes diet,exercise therapy,to continue the original hypoglycemic therapy;treatment group in the control group therapy plus Yishen Yangyin Huoxue Decoction(officinal Astragalus,Pseudostellaria,rehmannia root,dwarf lilyturf,Dendrobium,etc.),water concentrated decoction,1 /d,2,oral.The two groups were treated with 2 courses(60d),2 after the end of treatment the curative effect[.Results] The total effective rate of treatment group 93.30%,control group in the total efficiency of 83.30%,the treatment group were better than the control group(P < 0.05).Urinary protein,blood glucose in treatment group improved significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Kidney nourishing yin and activating blood decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with satisfactory results,can be effective hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering,improve glomerular hyperfiltration,reduce urinary protein excretion,renal function.
