S－100蛋白阳性组织细胞与大肠癌淋巴结转移的关系

用免疫组化ＡＢＣ法，观察了４７例结肠癌肠系膜淋巴结中Ｓ－１００蛋白阳性细胞的密度与分布。结果显示：阳性细胞可分为圆型、短突起和长突起型３种。阳性细胞在癌周区高于残存区，并形成围绕癌的反应带，可见阳性细胞与癌接触。无转移组阳性细胞密度高于转移组和非癌组。提示该类细胞在抗肿瘤免疫中有一定作用。

Histiocyte Positive for S-100 Protein as Related to Lymph Node Metastasis in Large Bowel Carcinoma

Density and distribution of S-100 protein postive histiocytes in regional lymph nodes from 47 patients with colon adenocarcinoma were observed with immunohistochemistry of ABC technic.The results showed that the positive cells were divided into three morphological types, namely, round cells, short dendritic cells and long dendritic cells.In the lymph nodes with metastasis the positive cells were densely located near carcinoma rather than in area away from the cancer.There was a distinct zone of reactive cell formed around the metastatic site and positive cells could be seen in close contact with carcinoma cells.The density of positive cells in lesions without metastasis was higher than those with metastasis.This suggests that S-100 protein positive histiocytes might play an important role in antitumour immunological response.
