| 摘 要： | 目的比较改良式包皮环切术与传统包皮环切术治疗包皮过长的效果。方法行包皮环切术治疗包皮过长112例,其中改良式包皮环切术64例(A组),传统包皮环切术48例(B组)。结果2组间在手术时间,术中出血量方面的差异具有统计学意义(P0.001)。A组发生术后创口出血或血肿3例,阴茎水肿2例,无伤口感染。B组发生术后创口出血或血肿9例,阴茎水肿9例,伤口感染1例。2组间并发症发生率的差异具有统计学意义。结论改良式包皮环切术与传统包皮环切术相比更具有优越性。
