| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）和磁共振成像（MRI）在脑干梗死早期诊断中的应用价值。方法：应用诱发电位仪对30例经MRI确诊为脑干梗死患者同时进行BAEP检查。结果：30例患者在发病6小时内,3例患者临床上已有病理征,MRI未发现梗死灶,BAEP已有异常表现。结论：病变早期脑干功能状态发生改变时,BAEP就可有异常表现,因此BAEP是一个早期诊断比较敏感的指标,在脑干梗死的早期诊断中可以与MRI在定性定位中起到优势互补的作用。

| Abstract: | Objectives： To explore applied value on brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） in early diagnosis of brainstem infarction. Methods： BAEP and MRI were examined in 30 patients with brain infarction confirmed by MRI. Results： In 30 patient, BAEP was abnormal in 3 patients, MRI was normal in 6 hours. Conclusions： BAEP may be abnormal in functional change of brainstem, therefore, BAEP was a sensitive index of early diagnosis of brainstem infarction. BAEP and MRI were mutual complementary in a qualitative and location diagnosis of brainstem infarction. |
