| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者服药依从性的影响。方法将198例予抗病毒治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为干预组100例和对照组98例,对照组采用常规治疗和护理,干预组在常规治疗和护理基础上给予系统化健康指导和护理干预。观察2组患者服药依从性情况。结果干预组服药依从性佳患者96例,占96.00%,对照组服药依从性佳患者76例,占77.55%,2组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对CHB患者实施系统化的健康指导和护理干预,可以明显提高患者的服药依从性,提高疗效,促进康复,降低复发率及并发症发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective to study the nursing intervention effects on chronic hepatitis B patients medication compliance.Methods 198 patients with chronic hepatitis b were randomly divided into intervention group 100 cases,control group 98 cases,control group using conventional treatment and care,intervention group on the basis of conventional treatment and care to give nursing intervention.Results the intervention group the treatment of chronic hepatitis b patients with drug adherence percentage is 96.00%,the control drug adherence percentage is 77.55%,there are significant difference between the statistical significance（P ＆lt;0.01）.Conclusion nursing intervention can improve patients medication compliance,improve curative effect,simulative rehabilitation,reduce the recurrence rate and complication. |
