| 摘 要： | 以针灸治疗视网膜静脉阻塞32例52眼，取穴晴晴、瞳子戮、命门、上星、内关、膈俞、百会、内迎香、光明、太冲，辩证配穴，结合口服活血明目汤。结果总有效率为90．38％，认为针药结合、局部与整体治疗本病，方法简便，疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Thirty - two cases (52 eyes) of retinalvenous obstruction were treated by acupuncture combined with herbal medicines. The following acupoints in accordance with syndrome differentiation: Jingming(BL 1), Tongziliao(GB I), Mingmen(DU 4), Shangxing(DU 23), Neiguan(PC 6), Geshu(BL 17), Baihui(DU 20), Neiyingxiang ( EX - HN 9), Guangming (GB 37) and Taichong(LR 3). The herbal medicines with blood - activating and vision promoting actions were selected. The results showed the total effective rate was 90. 38 % Acupuncture combined with oral use of herbal medicines exerts both general and local effect, and the curative effect is definite. |
