醒脑开窍法并夹脊刺治疗中风后偏瘫痉挛状态

目的:评价醒脑开窍针刺法并夹脊刺治疗中风偏瘫痉挛状态的临床疗效。方法:符合标准的60例中风后偏瘫痉挛状态患者,随机分为2组,其中治疗组30例,采取醒脑开窍针刺法并夹脊刺治疗;对照组30例,给予传统针刺法治疗。结果:两组治疗前后上肢痉挛Ashworth张力评分、下肢痉挛临床痉挛指数(CSI)评定及改良Barthel指数评分比较:两组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论:醒脑开窍针刺法并夹脊刺治疗中风后偏瘫痉挛状态疗效确切,安全可行,患者易于接受,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on curative effect of acupuncture therapy of waking - up combied with cliping the ridge for curing spasticity of hemiparalysis after stroke

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of acupuncture therapy of waking-up combied with cliping the ridge for curing spasticity of hemiparalysis after stroke.Methods:We researched valid 60 cases who were in spasticity of hemiparalysis after stroke.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treating group in which the 30 patients were treated with acupuncture therapy of waking-up combied with cliping the ridge and the comparative group in which the 30 patients treated with conventional acupuncture therapy.Result:We compare thespasm Ashworth tension score of epipodite,CSI of legs and improvement Barthel index between the two groups before and after treatment.The effects were statistically different after treatment and the result of the treating group was outweigh the comparative group.Conclusion:The curative effect of acupuncture therapy of waking-up combied with cliping the ridge curing spasticity of hemiparalysis after stroke is certain,safe and feasible.And patients can accept it effortless.So it is worth generalization and application in the clinic.
