低分子肝素在心血管内科应用中的护理

目的探讨护理对低分子肝素在心血管内科应用中的作用。方法选取我院心内科接受低分子肝素治疗患者,通过健康教育、心理护理、操作护理观察出血并发症数量。结果我病区注射低分子肝素的患者,一例牙龈出血,二例皮下瘀斑面积>2cm,十五例患者有1～2cm的瘀斑,无一例严重出血并发症。结论正确的注射方法 ,严格规范操作,做好健康宣教,及时发现出血倾向,及时正确处理,可避免发生严重出血等并发症。

The nursing of Low Molecular Weight Heparin using in cardiovascular medicine

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing in the using of Low Molecular Weight Hepa- tin in cardiovascular medicine. Methods Choose the patients who used Low Molecular Weight Heparin in ear-diovascnlar medicine, by health education, mental nursing,operational nursing to observe the quantity of bloo-ding. Results In all of the patients , one gingival blooding, two subcutaneous ecchymosis, whose diameter is above 2 centimeter, fifteen 1-2 centimeter, none blooding disaster. Conclusion Right Injeetiing, standard operation,health education,observe blooding and handle in time wii avoid serve complication.
