口腔癌手术患者住院费用影响因素分析

目的探讨口腔癌手术住院患者费用及其影响因素。方法采用单因素和多元统计方法，分析广东省江门市地区某三甲医院2004年至2007年间口腔癌手术患者住院费用及其影响因素。结果统计分析显示影响口腔癌手术患者住院费用主要因素有：癌肿手术方式、付费方式、年龄及住院天数。结论优化手术治疗方式，以及控制住院天数是控制住院费用并且减轻患者负担的有效途径。低收入人群的重大疾病治疗应引起重视。

Influencing Factors of the medical expenses for oral cancer inpatients with surgical treatment

Objective To investigate the medical expenses and its influencing factors for inpatients with surgical treatment of oral cancer. Method The medical expenses and its influencing factors of the oral cancer inpatients with surgical treatment were analyzed from a third grade hospital of Jiangmen of Guangdong province between 2004 and 2007 by single-multi-variate statistical analysis. Result The statistics shows that the main influencing factors are surgical methods, payment types, age and the length of hospital stay. Conclusion It is an effective method to cut down the medical expenses by optimizing surgical treatment and controlling the length of hospital stay. It should be paid more attention to the treatment methods for the people with Low-income.
