新斯的明足三里穴位注射对老年食管癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

目的：观察新斯的明足三里穴位注射对食管癌手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：将64例年龄大于60岁的老年食管癌手术患者依随机数字表法分为2组,每组32例。治疗组于术后第1天开始新斯的明0.5 mg双侧足三里穴位注射,1次/d；对照组常规治疗。观察2组患者肛门排气时间及胃液引流总量。结果：对照组围手术期病死率为6.25%，围手术期并发症发生率为18.75%；观察组无围手术期死亡病例，围手术期并发症发生率为12.5%。病死率2组相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；并发症发生率2组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组、对照组肛门排气时间分别为（44.79±6.97）h、（65.20±9.46）h，胃液引流总量分别为（688.57±95.83）mL、（1028.00±196.18）mL，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：新斯的明足三里穴位注射能明显促进食管癌手术后胃肠功能恢复。

Influence of Acupoint Injection with Neostigmine at ZuSanLi on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function of Senile Patients after the Surgery of Esophageal Cancer

Objective：To observe the influence of acupiont injection with neostigmine at ZuSanLi （ST36） on the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the patients after the surgery of esophageal cancer. Methods：All 64 pa-tients aged more than 60 years were randomized into two groups, 32 cases each group. The treatment group received ZuSanLi acupoint injection with 0.5mg neostigmine at the first day after surgery bilaterally, once per day;the control group accepted routine treatment. Anal exhaust time and total amount of gastric juice drainage were observed in both groups. Results：Perioperative morbidity rate of the control group was 6.25%, the incidence of perioperative compli-cations was 18.75%;there was no death in the observation group during perioperative period, the incidence of peri-operative complications was 12.5%. The difference had no statistical meaning in the mortality rate （P〉0.05）;it had statistical meaning in complication incidence （P〈0.05）. Anal exhaust time of both groups were （44.79±6.97） and （65.20±9.46） hours, total amounts of gastric juice drainage were （688.57±95.83） and （1028.00±196.18）mL, the dif-ference had significant meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupiont injection with neostigmine at ZuSanLi could pro-mote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in the patients after the surgery of esophageal cancer.
