银花痛风颗粒治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症疗效观察

目的：观察银花痛风颗粒内服治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法：在基础降糖药物治疗的前提下，采用银花痛风颗粒（治疗组）治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症26例，采用苯溴马隆片、碳酸氢钠片（对照组）治疗26例，14天后比较2组临床疗效。结果：治疗组患者症状、血尿酸、尿尿酸总有效率分别为94.7%、87.5%、55.6%，对照组分别为33.3%、42.9%、28.6%。结论：在基础降糖药物治疗的前提下，配合银花痛风颗粒治疗2型糖尿病合并高尿酸血症有明显疗效。

Clinical Observation on YinHua TongFeng Granules in Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hyperuricemia

Objective：To investigate clinical effects of oral YinHua TongFeng granules in treating type 2 dia-betes mellitus complicated with hyperuricemia. Methods：Based on the drugs lowering blood glucose given to the pa-tients, YinHua TongFeng granules were administered to 26 patients of the treatment group, benzbromarone tablets and sodium hydrogen carbonate tablets were given to the control group. Curative effects of both groups were com-pared in 14 days. Results：Total effective rates of the symptoms, blood uric acid and uric acid in the patients of the treatment group were 94.7%, 87.5%and 55.6%, higher than 33.3%, 42.9%and 28.6%of the control group. Conclu-sion：YinHua TongFeng granules and the drugs of lowering blood glucose are effective in treating the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperuricemia.
