摘    要:目的:观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷法配合呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)缓解期患者肺功能的影响。方法:将80例COPD缓解期患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,均给予常规化痰、止咳、平喘治疗,观察组在此基础上配合穴位贴敷及呼吸训练治疗。结果:观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),肺功能、生存质量、脉氧饱和度、年急性发病次数治疗后2组均明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:冬病夏治穴位贴敷法配合呼吸训练可改善COPD缓解期患者肺功能和生活质量,减少年急性发病次数。

Abstract:Objective: To observe rehabilitation effects of acupoint sticking and respiratory training on lung function of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at remission stage. Methods:All 80 pa-tients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, they received routine treatment which could eliminate the phlegm, relieve the cough and asthma, the observation group were also given with acupoint sticking and respiratory training. Results:The observation group was superior to the control group in curative effects (P〈0.05), Lung function, life quality, pulse blood oxygen saturation and the times of yearly acute at-tacks were improved after treating in both groups (P〈0.05), the improvement of the observation group was more significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Acupoint sticking and respiratory training could improve lung function and life quality of COPD patients at remission stage, reduce the times of yearly acute attacks.
