| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨GE Light speed 16 CT三期增强扫描对肝脏肿瘤的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析经病理证实（手术及穿刺）为肝脏肿瘤的136例患者（病灶280个）的GE Light speed 16 CT三期增强扫描检查资料。结果：动脉期显示217（77.50%）个病灶,门静脉期显示195（69.64%）个病灶,延迟期显示196（70.00%）个病灶,三期综合显示267（95.36%）个病灶,总正确诊断率95.00%。结论：GE Light speed 16 CT三期扫描对肝脏肿瘤性病变的检出率及正确诊断明显高于单期相扫描和双期扫描。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and the value in diagnosis of liver neoplasm with three-phase GE Light speed 16 CT scan.Methods 136 patients（280 lesions） with liver neoplasm confirmed by pathologically were included in this study.RESOITS 217（77.50%） lesions were found at arterial phase,195（69.64%） lesions at portal venous phase and 196（70.007%） at delayed phase.Three-phase GE Light speed 16 CT scan showed 267（95.36%） lesions totally.The accuracy of detection of liver neoplasm in three-phase SCT scan was 95.00%.Conclusion The sensitivity and the accuracy of detection of liver neoplasm in three-phase GE Light speed 16 CT scan are better than those in single-phase or dual-phase. |
