家庭护理干预对农村社区精神分裂症康复作用

目的探讨家庭护理干预对精神分裂症患者康复的作用。方法将显著好转及以上出院的70例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组(35例)和对照组(35例),对照组予抗精神病药物维持治疗,干预组在上述基础上,实施家庭护理干预,出院后每1个月对患者进行家访并实施交往、生活自理及工作等方面的干预,干预时间为6个月。采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、康复状态量表对患者进行评估。结果干预6个月后,SDSS评分结果中干预组显著低于对照组(t=-2.900,P=0.005),同组比较,干预组干预半年后与入组时有极显著差异(t=-5.311,P=0.000)。康复状态量表中在卫生能力(t=-2.008,P=0.049)、生活能力(t=-2.846,P=0.006)、工作能力(t=-3.427,P=0.001)、社交能力(t=-0.003,P=0.008)方面两组间均有显著差异。结论家庭护理干预能够促进患者康复,有助于患者社会功能的恢复。

Family Nursing Intervention on the Rehabilitation of Schizophrenia in Rural Community

Objective To explore the effect of family nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients .Methods 70 discharged patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group （35 cases）and control group（35 cases）,the con-trol group was treated with antipsychotic drug while the intervention group with family nursing intervention on the basis of the aforesaid . Home visits,interventions for communication ,daily living and work were carried for the patients in the intervention group every month , lasting 6 months.Social disability screening schedule （SDSS）and rehabilitation status scale were used to assess the patients .Results Af-ter 6 months intervention ,the SDSS scores in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group ,and there were sig-nificant differences in scores of SDSS before and after intervention .Health ability,ability of daily life,the ability to work,social skills were significant different（t=-5.311~-2.008,P〈0.05）between the two groups.Conclusion Family nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients ,contributes to recovery of social function in patients with .
