血清C反应蛋白对不稳定型心绞痛近期预后的评价

目的　观察不稳定型心绞痛 (UAP)患者入院后血清C反应蛋白 (Creactiveprotein ,CRP)的变化 ,探讨其与患者的近期预后价值。方法　对 4 8例UAP患者采血行CRP和肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK MB)定量检测 ,严密观察 2周内心脏意外事件的发生情况。结果　 2周内 ,血清CRP异常 (增高 )UAP患者心脏意外事件发生率为 4 4 .8% ,高于CRP正常UAP患者的 10 .5 % (P <0 .0 5 )。CK MB异常的UAP患者中 4 0 .0 %在 2周内发生心脏意外事件 ,CK MB正常的UAP患者心脏意外事件发生率为 2 8.9%(P >0 .0 5 )。结论　CRP定量测定对判断UAP患者短期内发生心脏意外事件有重要的预报价值 ,且比CK MB具有更高的敏感性。

Evaluation on the recent prognosis of the patients with unstable angina pectoris by testing C reactive protein

Objective To observe the change of C reactive protein (CRP) in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP),and to investigate the correlation between CRP and recent prognosis of the patients. Methods The quantitative detection was performed to test the CRP and CK-MB in 48 patients with UAP, and the heart-accident of patients was observed for two weeks.Results The heart-accident rate was significantly higher in patients whose CRP was obviously increased than that in patients whose CRP was normal (44.8% vs 10.5%,P<0.05);the heart-accident rate in patients whose CK-MB was abnormal was significantly higher than that in the patients whose CK-MB was normal (40.0% vs 28.9%,P>0.05).Conclusion The CRP quantative detection has important significance for the recent prognosis of heart-accident of patients with UAP,which is more sensitive than CK-MB.
