| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨女性生殖器官结核的临床表现及诊断方法。方法:对我们两院2000～2010年收治的女性生殖器官结核29例病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:首诊确诊率为34.5%,17例行剖腹探查病理确诊;6例刮宫和宫腔镜活检确诊;6例经腹腔镜检查病理活检确诊。结论:女性生殖器官结核临床表现多样,无典型性,需综合分析病史、体征及各项实验室检查,充分利用CT、B超、宫腔镜、腹腔镜和子宫内膜分段刮宫才能提高诊断准确率。
