| 摘 要： | 目的:了解胎膜早破与难产关系。方法:分析我院收治的56例胎膜早破产妇发生难产的原因,同时与未发生胎膜早破产妇进行对比观察。结果:56例胎膜早破产妇中,有32例出现难产,难产率为57.1%。结论:临床积极分析处理胎膜早破,及时发现难产,并采取有效治疗手段,减少母婴产生并发症。
