臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解配合个性化治疗肩周炎的临床观察简

目的 探讨臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解配合个性化治疗的临床疗效.方法 将124例患者随机分为臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解组（对照组）和臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解配合个性化治疗组（治疗组）.比较两组患者治疗前,治疗后2周、1月、3月SF-MpQ量表评分及肩关节综合功能评分.结果 两组在治疗前的一般资料、SF-MPQ量表及肩关节综合功能评价均没有差异.两组治疗后SF-MPQ量表评分均明显降低.治疗组与对照组有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.治疗组的肩关节综合功能评分在治疗后2周、1月、3月均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.两组总有效率之间无显著性差异（P＞0.05）,但治愈率之间有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 臂丛麻醉下肩关节手法松解配合个性化治疗肩周炎疗效良好.

Clinical Reaserch on Brachial Plexus Block with Manipulation under Anesthesia Combined with Individualized Treatment to Frozen Shoulder Patients

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of brachial plexus block with manipulation under anesthesia combined with individual- ized treatment of frozen shoulder. Method 124 cases with frozen shoulder were divided randomly into two groups, control group： 60 patients were given brachial plexus block with manipulation under anesthesia treatment; treatment group： 64 patients were given the same procedure followed by individualized treatment. The SF - MPQ scores and the comprehensive score of shoulder by patients were recorded before and af- ter treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the baseline date, SF - MPQ scores and the comprehensive score of shoulder. After treatment in 2 weeks, 4weeks and 3 months, treatment group was significantly better than control group in SF -MPQ scores and the comprehensive score of shoulder. The total effective rate was no difference（P 〉 0.05 ）, but there was a significant difference between the two groups in the curative rate （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Brachial plexus block with manip- ulation under anesthesia combined with individualized treatment was effective on treatment of frozen shoulder.
