| 摘 要： | 目的 分析主要行为因素与高血压的相关性,提出健康教育重点.方法 对门诊就诊的32例高血压患者和30例非高血压者,采取统一问卷调查收集其主要行为方式,比较和多因素分析与高血压的相关性.结果 对16个可能影响高血压的行为因素进行多因素logistic回归分析,显示文化程度与高血压患成负相关,BMI与高血压正相关.结论 应从限盐减重、合理膳食、适当运动、平衡心理等生活行为方式入手,加强低文化程度、超重和肥胖人群的健康教育.
