异丙酚复合芬太尼在人工流产中的疗效观察

目的:探讨异丙酚复合芬太尼在人工流产中的疗效。方法:对50例自愿选择无痛人流的早孕妇女给予芬太尼辅以异丙酚静脉麻醉,同时选择50例自愿选择传统人工流产术的早孕妇女,观察麻醉效果、人工流产综合征发生率、失血量、子宫收缩及不良反应。结果:异丙酚复合芬太尼用人工流产术起效快,镇痛效果明显,有效率达100%,无一例发生人工流产综合征(RAAS),两组病人在子宫收缩和出血量方面差异无显著性。结论:异丙酚复合芬太尼静脉麻醉用于人工流产是很好的避孕失败的补救措施,镇痛效果好,麻醉不良反应小,恢复快,不增加出血量,术中应特别重视心功能较差病人的心功能监测。

Effects of Propofol Combined with Fentany on Artifical Abortion

Objective:To ivestigate curative effects of Propofol combined with Fentany on artifical abortion.Methods:After choosing the methods by their own will,50 women with early pregnancy underwent artifical abortion after injection of Fentany and propofol intravenously and the other 50 without anesthesia served as the control group.The effects of anesthesia.occurrence of RAAS.and capacity of hemorrhage.and uterine contraction were analyzed.Results:Propofol combined with Fentany was an effective and quick way in pain relieve during the process of artificial abortion.The efficacy reached 100% and no RAAS occurred.There was no difference of uterine contraction and capacity of hemorrhage between the two groups.Conclusion:Propofol combined with Fentany in artifical abortion is a good method to terminate pregnancy and it is safety and effective.
