P53基因蛋白在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达和意义

为探讨ｐ５３蛋白在胃癌及癌前病变中表达的意义。用ｐ５３蛋白的单抗，采用免疫组化ＬＳＡＢ法检测分析１１８例胃良恶性及癌前病变中ｐ５３蛋白表达。结果显示，正常胃粘膜、胃炎性息肉、轻度异型增生，ｐ５３蛋白均无表达，中重度异型增生、胃癌阳性表达率分别为１４％、４７％。在７４例胃癌中，ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及浸润深度相关，在相对应组中差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果提示ｐ５３异常表达参与了胃癌的发生发展。认为检测ｐ５３蛋白的表达可作为判断胃癌病人预后和指导癌前病变处理的重要指标之一

THE EXPRESSION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF p53 ONCOGENE PROTEIN IN GASTRIC CARCINOMA AND PRECANCEROUS LESIONS

To explore significance of p53 protein expression in gastric carcinoma and precanerous lesions. The expression of p53 protein was detected with the monoclonal antibody to p53 protein with immunohistochemical LSAB method in 118 cases with benign and malignant and precanerous lesions. The positive rate of mild/severe dysplasia and gastric carcinoma was 14% and 47% respectively, while no p53 expression in normal gastric mucosa, inflammatory polyp and mild dysplasia. In 74 gastric carcinomas, p53 oncoprotein expression correlated with degree of differentation, lymph node metastasis, depth of invasion of gastric carcinoma. There was significant difference in contrary groups (P<0.05). The results suggested that the p53 oncoprotein overexpression might play a part in gastric carcinoma development. Overexpression of p53 cncogene protein can act as one of significant indexes in assessing prognosis of patient with gastric carcinoma and guided treatment of precancerous lesion.
