摘    要:
该文着重分析了最常用的Elias’体密度法的优缺点,并通过采用薄切片,减少血管弯曲,倾斜和分支发出深浅的影响;在高倍镜下直接测量血管的投影长度,按片厚借勾股定理计算其货斜长度;单位体积毛细血管总长度为密度,改良了Elias法。

Abstract:
The merits and demerits of Elias' method were analysed. The method was modified by measuring directly projection length of the capillary, and calculating inclination length with Pythageras' law and estimating the density of the capillary by the total length of the capillaries. The specimen of the brain and midbrain of rats and the spinal cords of babies and children and pigs were measured by the modified method and compared with those measured by Elias' method. The results showed that the modified method was more practical and reliable than Elias' method.
