木立芦荟的试管苗快速繁殖

摘    要:以木立芦荟茎尖、腑芽、叶片、吸芽为外植体的离体培养和快速繁殖研究结果表明:所有外植体在合适培养基上均能产生愈伤组织与丛生芽,初代培养的最适培养基为MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L;继代培养基为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L;生根壮苗的最适培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/L。式管苗移栽的成活率可达到100%。商品化生产中以白糖、片糖代替蔗糖,以卡拉胶代替琼

Abstract:Tissue culture and rapid propagation of Aloe arborescens have been studied. The main results are as follows: the optimum medium for cluster shoots induction is MS + 6-BA 3.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L; for cluster shoots propagation is MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L; for roots induction is 1/2 MS + NAA 0.5 mg/L. The survival rate of the tube plantlets is 100% in the transplanting. Cutting down the cost of medium in large scale of production have been studied also.
