| 摘 要： | 痛泻要方是临床常用古方,治疗消化系统疾病有其独特优势,近年来广泛应用于呼吸系统疾病、妇科、儿科、耳鼻喉科、防治药物不良反应、过敏性疾病等方面。实验研究表明该方具镇痛、止泻、抗溃疡、调节胃肠平滑肌及胃肠激素等作用。综述了痛泻要方临床各科应用现状及实验研究进展,为古方的开发及研制提供理论和实践依据。
