| 摘 要： | 目的:研究温阳活血化痰法抗CHF心肌纤维化的作用及机制。方法:采用异丙肾上腺素(ISO)皮下注射法制备CHF模型,进行血流动力学、病理形态学及胶原特异染色检测,采用放免法测定血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(BLD)及内皮素(ET)水平。结果:温阳活血化痰法能提高CHF模型大鼠dp/dtmin、dp/dtmax和LVSP水平、降低LVEDP水平;减少Ⅰ型胶原蛋白含量,降低血浆AngⅡ、BLD和ET水平。结论:拮抗神经内分泌系统的激活,可能是温阳活血化痰法抗心肌纤维化,改善CHF舒缩功能的作用机理之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of treatment warming Yang promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm on myocardial fibrosis in congestive heart failure(CHF).Method:CHF animal model were induced by ISO,hemodynamics and pathological morphology were assayed and the plasma concentration of AngⅡ,BLD and ET were detected by radio-immunity.Results:The treatment could increase the level of dp/dtmax,dp/dtmin and LVSP,down-regulate LVEDP,and also could decrease the level of collagen typeⅠ,the plasma concentration of AngⅡ,BLD and ET.Conclusions:The treatment can inhibit myocardial fibrosis and improve myocardial systole and diastole,which may be due to antagonizing neuroendocrine. |
