| 摘 要： | 分析了目前医院药剂科工作面临的挑战,指出在经济管理、人员素质和药物全面质量管理等方面对医院药剂科提出了更高的要求。因此应强化医院药学模式的创新,建议建立静脉治疗药物配制中心,实行单剂量发药作业,开展药学监护。

| Abstract: | Analyzing the challenges that hospitals pharmacy face, the article points out that under the new situation, higher requirements are needed for the hospital pharmacy in economic management, the quality of the employees and TQC of medicine, etc. Thus, the innovation of the hospital pharmacy model should be emphasized. It suggests that a center of preparations for intravenous therapy should be set up, to deliver the medicine by single dose and that the system of custodial of pharmacy should be carried out. |
