| 摘 要： | 目的 观察苦参素对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化指标及细胞因子的影响.方法 68例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组(一般保肝治疗+苦参素)和对照组(一般保肝治疗),治疗前后检测肝功能,用放射免疫法检测血清肝纤维化指标、透明质酸(HA)、层粘蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ),应用ELISA法检测血清TGF-β1、PAF、sICAM-1.结果 治疗组治疗前后HA、LN、PC-Ⅲ、CⅣ、TGF-β1及PAF水平较治疗前及对照组治疗后均显著降低(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 苦参素通过影响慢性乙型肝炎患者血清细胞因子TGF-β1、PAF发挥抗肝纤维化作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the impact of oxymatrine on liver fibrosis and cytokines in patients with chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods 68 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group(general liver protection treatment +oxymatrine) and control group(general liver protection treatment),serum fibrosis markers were measured by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment,including hexadecenoic acid(HA),laminin(LN),type Ⅲ procollagen(PC-Ⅲ) and collagen type Ⅳ(C Ⅳ),serum TGF-β1,PAF and sICAM-1 were detected by ELISA.Results Levels of HA,LN,PC-Ⅲ,C Ⅳ,TGF-β1 and PAF in treatment group after therapy were significantly lower than those detected before treatment and those in control group detected before and after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Oxymatrine could anti-hepatic fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B by influence the levels of serum cytokines,TGF-β1 and PAF. |
