摘    要:[目的]为满足保健食品功能评价体系的需要,建立一套抑制较浅、持续时间较长的免疫功能低下动物模型。[方法]采用一次给药,适时强化的方法建模,并用已通过审批的具有免疫调节作用的保健食品进行验证。分别进行血清溶血素检测、迟发型超敏反应、淋巴细胞增殖实验和NK细胞活性检测。[结果]血清溶血素和迟发型超敏反应组中,模型组小鼠的相应指标显著低于对照组,应用期给予保健食品的验证组,其受抑指标显著改善。模型组小鼠淋巴细胞增殖指标显著受抑,而验证组与模型组相比差异不明显。模型组小鼠NK细胞活性显著降低,验证组从造模第1天起给予保健食品,其NK细胞活性与模型组相比显著增高。[结论]采用合理的造模方法,可以建立一套适合保健食品评价体系需要的模型。

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to establish an animal model with proper and lasting immunosupression,to evaluate function food capacity of improving immunity. Once injection and intensification in proper intervals were used in establishing the model and an approved functional food was tested to validate the model. The main indexes used in the study were HC 50 ,DTH,prolification capacity of lymphocyte (PCL) and NK cell activity. In the model groups,HC 50 and DTH were significantly lower than those in the control group,and in validation groups with approved functional food,these indexes were significantly higher than those in the model group. The PCL in model groups was significantly lower than that in control group,but almost similar to the validation groups. The NK cell activity in model groups was lower than that in control group,but in the validation groups given functional food,it is significantly higher than that in the model groups. [Conclusion] With reasonable method,a proper immunosuppresive animal model for the functional food evaluating system could be established.
