上海市宝山区社区健康咨询服务点现状调查

目的了解宝山区社区健康咨询服务点工作现状及存在问题,以便为咨询点工作的健康发展提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,分别对咨询点的基本情况以及咨询员、社区居民、受询居民对咨询服务的需求等进行调查。结果超过91.8%的咨询点达到规范要求,64.5%的咨询点面积在10~20平方米,68.2%的咨询点每次咨询人次数小于或等于10人;社区居民和受询居民认为咨询服务很重要的比例分别为70.0%和79.1%,而咨询员认为居民很重视咨询的仅为39.7%;社区居民最希望得到健康服务,而受询居民最希望得到疾病防治指导,咨询员希望得到健康行为、心理保健、慢病防治知识的培训;在咨询员面临的困难方面,在职医务人员最主要的是没有时间,而健康促进志愿者则主要是缺乏技能;在对咨询工作的建议方面,咨询员的建议列前三位的依次是改善咨询条件、增加免费资料、做好组织发动;而受询居民则是增加免费资料、改善咨询条件和提高咨询水平。结论社区健康咨询服务点工作深受居民欢迎,但要保证其健康发展,需要进一步提高认识、完善制度、加强政策支持和提高咨询技能。

Analysis of Community Health Counseling Spot Status in Baoshan District,Shanghai

Objective Learn the status and problems of community health counseling spot in Baoshan District of Shanghai in order to provide evidence for counseling spot development. Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out on basic situation of counseling spot and the need of consultants, residents and respondents to counseling service. Results More than 91.8% counseling spots reached the standards. The area of 64.5% counseling spot is about ten to twenty square meters. There were about ten persons to seek counseling health every time in 68.2% counseling spots. 70.0% residents and 79.1% respondents thought that the counseling is important. However, only 39.7% consultants thought that residents paid more attention to consultation. Residents hoped to receive health service and respondents hoped to receive disease prevention and control guidance. Consultants wanted to be trained on health behavior, mental health care, chronic disease prevention and control. In face of difficulties, doctors were lack of time and health promotion volunteers were lack of techniques. Consultants suggested improving counseling condition, increasing free materials and organizing well, while respondents suggested increasing free materials, improving counseling condition and advancing counsel level. Conclusion Community health counseling spot is welcomed by residents. However, only further understanding, perfect system, policy support and technical ability can develop community health counseling spot.
