督脉治疗在砭术应用中的价值探讨

目的:探讨督脉治疗在砭术中的作用.方法:使用砭块、砭板、砭镰、砭砧、砭棒等砭具,结合温法、叩法、刺法、刮法、滚法等方法在督脉、膀胱经及四肢经穴进行治疗,病种包括颈椎病、腰痛、中风后遗症等.结论:督脉"总督诸阳",督脉治疗可直接改善大脑和全身的气血运行,在砭术中重视督脉的治疗作用,可取得良好疗效.

The importance of Governor Vessel treatment in Bian-stone therapy

ObjectiveTo study the role of Governor Vessel(GV) tr eatment in Bian-stone therapy. MethodBian-stone bloc k, Bian-stone plank,Bian-stone sickle, Bian-stone anvil and Bi an-stone stike were used with warming, hammering, puncturing, scrapping and r olling at GV, the Gall Bladder Meridian and limbs for treatment of sequela of st roke, cervical vertebrae disease and low back pain. Conclusion GV play a role of leading and controlling the qi in whole yang meridians. GV tre atment can improve the flow of qi and blood in brain and whole body. The GV trea tment was emphasized during the Bian-stone therapy and good effects were go tten.
