| 摘 要： | 先证者,男,47岁。双腋窝、臀部反复红肿溃烂30余年,加重4～5年。查体可见大汗腺丰富和皮肤皱褶部位结节、脓肿、窦道及萎缩性或增生性瘢痕,诊断为毛囊闭锁三联征。家系共四代17人,其中患者4人,男3例,女1例。该家系中患者临床特征典型,符合常染色体显性遗传模式。

| Abstract: | The proband of this family was a 47-years-old man characterized by recurrent draining sinuses and abscesses,predominantly in skin folds that carry terminal hairs and apocrine glands for more than 30 years was diagnosed as follicular occlusion triad.The patients had typical clinical features in this family and the pattern of transmission was consistent with autosomal dominant inheritance. |
