| 摘 要： | 目的研究黄连解毒汤对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血脂水平的影响,探讨AS大鼠血脂水平的变化以及黄连解毒汤对AS的干预作用。方法应用高脂饲料联合维生素D3建立动脉粥样硬化模型,设正常对照组、模型对照组、黄连解毒汤低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组及阿托伐他汀组,第10周检测大鼠血脂水平。结果黄连解毒汤能降低AS模型大鼠CHOL、TG、LDL-C水平,提高HDL-C水平。结论黄连解毒汤对AS有干预作用,通过抗脂质的过氧化而抑制主动脉粥样硬化病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of huang lian jie du decoction on blood lipids in rats with atherosclerosis. Methods Atherosclerosis models were established in rats,and randomly assigned into normal group,model group,atorvastatin group and huang lian jie du decoction groups (low dosage,moderate dosage and the high dosage groups).
