循证护理在消化性溃疡老年患者中的应用

目的:探讨循证护理在消化性溃疡老年患者的应用效果。方法:选择2008年6月~2010年6月我院收治的96例消化性溃疡老年患者,按数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施循证护理。比较两组患者用药依从性、并发症发生率、护理满意度和生活质量。结果:观察组用药依从性和护理满意度明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组患者出院时生活质量评分均显著升高,但观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能有效降低消化性溃疡老年患者并发症的发生率,提高用药依从性和护理满意度,改善生活质量。

Evidence-based nursing application in elderly patients with peptic ulcer

Objective： To investigate the effects of evidence - based nursing care in elderly patients with peptic ulcer. Hethods： 96 elderly patients with peptic ulcer from June 2008 to June 2010 treated in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group with 48 cases in each grouF. The control group received usual care, on this basis, the study group received evidence- based nursing. Medication compliance, complication rate, degree of nursing satisfaction and quality of life were eompared between groups, Results ： Medication compliance and nursing satisfaction in study group were signifi- cantly higher than the control group;the eomplication rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （all P 〈 O. 01 ）. When discharged, the quality of life scores were signifieantly increased in two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Qual;ty of life scores in study group was significantly higher than the eontrot group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Evidence - based care can effectively reduce the incidence of peptic ulcer complications in elderly patients and improve medication eompliance and care satisfaactos , improved quality of life ,worthy of clinical applieation.
