穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽的临床观察

【目的】评价穴位贴敷治疗呼吸系统疾病引起咳嗽的治疗效果。【方法】将80例患者采用随机、对照方法,根据患者的舌苔、脉象及临床症状分组,分别取定喘、肺俞、膻中、天突等穴,通过贴药对肺经上穴位长时间的刺激,宣发肃降肺气,通畅气机,气不上逆治愈咳嗽。比较咳嗽发作次数,测定血清免疫球蛋白的改变。【结果】患者治疗前和治疗后一年中呼吸系疾病引起咳嗽次数减少(P<0.01)有显著性差异,治疗前和治疗后1个月血清免疫球蛋白lgA及lgG测定均有改善(P<0.05)有显著性差异。穴位贴敷明显减少呼吸系疾病引发咳嗽发作次数和严重程度,突显了穴位贴敷的优点。【结论】穴位贴敷治疗咳嗽方法简单,疗效明显,易于广泛推广。

Clinical observation on the effect of point application for the treatment of cough

【Objective】To evaluate the effect of point application treatment of cough caused by respiratory system disease.【Method】A total of 80 patients were randomly divided according to the patient＇s tongue coating,pulse condition and clinical symptoms into 2 groups.Acupoint Dingchuan（EX-B1）,Feishu（BL 13）,Danzhong（RN17）,Tiantu（RN22）,et al.were taken.Through a long time stimulus on acupoint Lung Meridian and serum,the Qi of the lung would be regulated smoothly and therefore,the cough would be cured.Freguency of cough,immunoglobulin were determined.【Result】Frequency of cough caused by respiratory system disease reduced markedly one year after treatment（P0.01）,and the level of serum immunoglobulin G（lgG） and A（lgA） increased one month after treatment（P0.05,P0.01）.【Conclusion】The effect of point application treatment for cough,is availabe,simple,and is valuable to use in hospitals.
