循证护理在经桡动脉冠状动脉造影术中的应用

目的:探讨循证护理在经桡动脉冠状动脉造影(CAG)术中的实践效果。方法:对60例经桡动脉CAG术病人确定护理问题,收集、评价和应用循证证据进行循证护理,与60例常规护理组病人进行效果对比。结果:循证护理组在减少疼痛、焦虑、出血并发症及提高病人满意度方面优于常规护理组。结论:循证护理更能使经桡动脉CAG术的病人拥有较高的舒适度、良好的心态以及较少的出血并发症,提高了病人的生活质量和病人满意度。

Application of evidence-based nursing on radial artery coronary angiograply

Objective ：To explore the practice effect of evidence -- based nursing on coronary angiography by radial artery approach. Methods ： 120 patients were randomly divided into evidence - based group （ n = 60 ） and control group （ n = 60）. These patients of evidence - based group were accepted evidence - based nursing through determining nursing problem, collecting, estimating and using evidence. The conventional method was adopted in the control group. Results ：The evidence -based nursing group can signlf~cantly decrease ache, anxiety, hemorrhage and increase the patient satisfaction. Conclusion：Evidence - based nursing made the patients accepted coronary angiography by radial artery approach more degree of comfort, better psychelogy and less hemorrhage. Evidence -based nursiog can raise the patient＇s living quality, increase the patient＇s satisfaction.
