上消化道出血急诊胃镜检查534例临床分析

目的探讨我院近3年来上消化道出血的病因及相关因素。方法回顾性分析534例上消化道出血急诊患者的资料。结果上消化道出血男性发病率高于女性，在秋冬季节发病率高于春夏季节。结论胃镜检查是上消化道出血患者首选检查方法，因此此类患者应尽快行内镜检查确诊病因从而指导治疗。

Clinical Analysis of 534 Cases of Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding Emergency Gastroscopy

Objective To investigate the causes and some relative factors of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the last three years.
