武当山镇农村居民患病状况影响因素分析

目的 :了解武当山镇农村居民健康状况及影响因素。方法 :采用分层整群随机抽样方法 ,对武当山镇 2 74户家庭共 80 8个农村居民进行了家庭健康的抽样调查。结果 :武当山镇农村居民的两周患病率为 17.1% ,对两周患病率的主要影响因素不具有人口学特征 ;慢性病患病率为 11.8% ,对慢性病患病率的主要影响因素为年龄、文化程度和经济状况。结论 :武当山镇农村居民的两周患病率较高 ,建议针对影响居民健康的主要危险因素开展预防保健工作 ,提高居民的健康水平

Analysis of rural residents''''health status and the influence factors in Wudong town

objective To identify the rural res id ents' need and utilization for medical services in Wudong town.Method s Among 274 families ,808 individuals were surveyed by stratified-clu ster random sampling in the rural area in Wudang town, and an ananlysis was perf ormed about the health status of rural families.Results Th e two-week prevalence rate was 17.1% and the chronic diseases prevalence rate wa s 11.8%.The main factors affecting the two-week prevalence rate had not populati on characteristics, the main factors of the chronic diseases prevalence rate in cluded age, education level and economic factors. Conclusion The two-week prevalence rate was high. To improve the the rural residents' h ealth status, we should improve prevention and health care according to the infl uence factors.
