| Abstract: | In order to improve the nursing quality and introduce excellent nurses, in 2007, the NO.1 people’ s hospital conscribed 26 graduates majoring in advanced nursing. Through various forms of training and learning, the comprehensive text grades of those graduates have greatly improved, which is helpful to arouse new nurses’ subjective initiative and stimulate their cultivation. |
