抗炎镇痛液联合医用三氧注射治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的疗效

目的探讨抗炎镇痛液联合医用三氧注射治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法狭窄性腱鞘炎患者27例均行鞘管内注射抗炎镇痛液，内含曲安奈德5mg、维生素B12 0．5mg、2％利多卡因1ml加生理盐水共3ml，同时予25μg／ml医用三氧3～5ml注射治疗。结果治愈21例（77．8％），好转5例（18．5％），无效1例（3．7％），有效率96．3％（26／27例）。结论抗炎镇痛液联合医用三氧注射治疗狭窄性腱鞘炎疗效确切。

Efficacy of anti-inflammatory analgesic mixture combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of patients with stenosing tendovaginitis

Objective To explore the efficacy of anti-inflammatory analgesic mixture combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of patients with stenosing tendovaginitis. Methods Twenty- seven patients with stenosing tendovaginitis were received intra-sheath injection with anti-inflammatory analgesic mixture 3 ml and 25 μg/ml ozone 3 - 5 ml. The anti-inflammatory analgesic mixture included triamcinolone acetonide 5 mg, vitamin B12 0.5 mg, 2% lidocaine 1 ml and normal saline. Results There were 21 cases（77.8%） with cure effect, 5 cases（18.5%） with good effect and 1 case （3.7 %）with ineffectiveness. The total effective and good rate was 96.3 % （26/27 cases）. Conclusion The anti-inflammatory analgesic mixture combined with medical ozone injection in the treatment of patients with stenosing tendovaginitis is an effective method.
