| 摘 要： | 目的通过对异位妊娠声像图特征的分析,以提高其诊断及鉴别诊断的水平。方法回顾分析102例异位妊娠的超声特征,对术前B超诊断与术后病理诊断进行对比分析。结果B超诊断符合率为90.2%(92/102)。主要表现为盆腔内不同回声的包块,伴有子宫增大或腹腔内游离液体。结论B超是诊断异位妊娠最理想的无创伤性检查手段。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of using accoustic images from B-ultrasonography to diagnose ec-topic pregnancy.MethodsThe ultrasonic features of 102 cases of ectopic pregnarcy confirmed by B-ultrason-cyraphy were retrospectively analyzed and the results of preoperative B-ultrasonic diagnoses and postoperative pathological diagnoses were contrasted.ResultsThe coincidence rate of B-ultrasonograph was 90.2%(92/102).The main ultrasonic images were pelvic lumps of different echos and enlarged usterus or intraperitoneal free liq-uids.ConclusionB-ultrasonography can be effectively used to diagnose ectopic pregnancy. |
