为进一步研究对幽门螺杆菌（HP）具有较高根治率且对胃粘膜病变具有治疗作用的药物疗法，将87例HP阳性慢性胃炎患者随机分为3组，分别以灭HP胶囊、灭HP胶囊结合低剂量三联和低剂量三联疗法治疗。结果，灭HP胶囊HP根治率为80．0％，与低剂量三联组（83．3％）相当；而灭HP胶囊结合低剂量三联组为97．4％（P＜0．05），且对胃粘膜活动性炎症有明显治疗作用（P＜0．01），对伴肠上皮化生的慢性萎缩性病变也具有一定作用（P＜0．05）。
