丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀钙片对脑梗死患者的治疗效果分析

目的分析丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法78例脑梗死患者,通过随机分组方式分为对照组与实验组,每组39例。对照组患者给予丁苯酞治疗,实验组患者给予丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损评分、大脑血流速度[大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)、基底动脉(BA)、椎动脉(VA)血流速度]。结果治疗后,实验组患者的神经功能缺损评分为(12.3±3.1)分,低于对照组的(18.8±2.2)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=10.6785,P<0.05)。实验组患者的MCA、ACA、PCA、BA、VA血流速度分别为(56.1±8.4)、(49.5±6.2)、(32.8±8.9)、(35.8±6.1)、(34.2±9.1)cm/s,均高于对照组的(40.6±3.4)、(45.5±9.3)、(28.6±8.4)、(29.1±6.6)、(30.2±8.1)cm/s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者应用丁苯酞联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗有着理想效果,可以帮助患者康复。

Analysis of the effect of butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 78 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 39 cases in each group.Patients in the control group was treated with butylphthalide,and patients in the experimental group was treated with butylphthalide and atorvastatin calcium tablets.The neurological deficit scores,cerebral blood flow velocity[middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA),basilar artery(BA),and vertebral artery(VA)blood flow velocity]after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the neurological deficit score of the experimental group was(12.3±3.1)points,which was lower than(18.8±2.2)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.6785,P<0.05).The MCA,ACA,PCA,BA,and VA blood flow velocities of the experimental group were(56.1±8.4),(49.5±6.2),(32.8±8.9),(35.8±6.1),and(34.2±9.1)cm/s,which were higher than(40.6±3.4),(45.5±9.3),(28.6±8.4),(29.1±6.6),and(30.2±8.1)cm/s of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of butylphthalide combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction has ideal effect and can help patients recover.
