中西医结合改善高血压病胰岛素抵抗的临床观察

目的观察中西医结合疗法对高血压病患者胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法选择10例健康志愿者作为正常组,将符合纳入标准的40例高血压病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各20例。2组西医基础用药相同,治疗组加用丹参注射液静脉滴注,共2周。观察治疗前后2组胰岛素敏感指数的自然对数(IAI)及血压变化,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗前高血压病组的IAI低于正常组(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组的IAI、血压的改善优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论在改善高血压病患者的胰岛素敏感性及控制血压方面,中西医结合疗法较单纯西医疗法更具有优势。

Clinical observation on the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for improving insulin resistance in patients with hypertension

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on insulin resistance in patients with hypertension. Methods 40 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group ( n =20) and control group ( n =20). 10 healthy subjects were selected as normal control group. 40 patients in both groups were treated with routine western medicines, however, the 20 patients in treatment group were given Danshen injection in addition, with a treatment course of 2 weeks for both groups. The index's antilogarithm of insulin-sensitivity (IAI) and blood pressure (BP) were observed before and after treatment in three groups. Results Before treatment the IAI in both hypertension groups was significantly higher than that of normal control group; after treatment the IAI and the improvement state of BP in treatment group were superior to those in control group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is superior to simple western medicine therapy in improving insulin resistance and controlling BP in patients with hypertension.
