持续性硬膜外麻醉无痛自然分娩的观察与护理

目的：观察持续性硬膜外麻醉用于分娩镇痛效果及对产程和胎儿、新生儿的影响。方法：选择无产科及内科重大并发症初产妇410例，其中自愿要求持续性硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩210例作为干预组，另选同期传统方法分娩200例为对照组，未使用药物止痛措施。观察两组产妇产痛情况、产程时间、分娩方式、对胎儿及新生儿影响等情况。结果：干预组产妇分娩疼痛率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。干预组第一产程、总产程时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组产妇胎儿情况及新生儿结局差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：持续性硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩对母婴影响小，镇痛效果显著，能明显缩短产程，增加顺产率，安全可靠，可临床推广应用。
