循证护理在老年心血管疾病并发症中的应用研究

目的探讨循证护理在老年心血管疾病并发症中应用的意义。方法将医院收诊的老年心血管疾病患者随机分为对照组与观察组各120例。对照组予常规护理，观察组予循证护理。比较2组间住院时间、满意率及并发症发生率差异。结果观察组患者对疗效、医院环境、医护人员等满意率显著高于对照组；观察组住院时间显著低于对照组；观察组患者便秘、失眠、下肢静脉血栓、心理问题等并发症发生率均显著低于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论循证护理能有效降低老年心血管疾病并发症的发生率，缩短其住院时间并提高患者的满意度。

The research of evidence-based care in the application of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease complications

Objective To investigate the significance of evidence-based care in the application of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease complications. Methods The elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital were ran- domly divided into control group and observation group, and 120 cases in each group. The control group was taken with conven- tional care,while the observation group was taken with evidence-based nursing. The hospital stay, satisfaction rate and inci- dence of complications of the 2 groups were compared. Results The satisfaction rates of the observation group on the efficacy, hospital environment, medical staff were significantly higher than that of the control group; the hospitalization time in the obser- vation group was also significantly lower than that of the control group; the incidence of complication such as constipation, in- somnia, deep vein thrombosis, psychological problems and so on in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Evidence-based care can effectively reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease complications, shorten hospital stays and improve patient satisfaction.
