中医五行音乐辨证治疗脑外伤后综合征患者焦虑抑郁的疗效观察

目的 观察中医五行音乐辨证治疗脑外伤后综合征患者焦虑抑郁症的疗效.方法 将40例脑外伤后综合征患者随机分为对照组与观察组各20例.对照组予常规心理治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用中医五行音乐辨证治疗.观察2组治疗前与治疗3个月后焦虑抑郁改善情况.结果 2组患者治疗后SDS与SAS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组较对照组改善更为明显.差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 中医五行音乐辨证治疗可明显改善脑外伤后综合征患者的焦虑抑郁症状.

Curative effect observation of TCM five elements music dialectical treatment on anxious depression of patients with post traumatic brain syndrome

Objective To observe the effects of TCM five elements music dialectical treatment on anxious depression of patients with post traumatic brain syndrome. Methods 40 cases of post traumatic brain syndrome patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 20 cases. The control group was given routine mind-cure; the observa- tion group was given TCM five elements music dialectical treatment based on the control group. The improvement situation of anxiety and depression of 2 groups was compared before treatment and 3 months after treatment. Results After treatment, the Self-rating Depression scale （SDS） and Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） were lower than that before treatment, and the obser- vation group improved more obviously compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion TCM five elements music dialectical therapy can improve post traumatic brain symptom patients with anxiety and depression.
