氟康唑治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病50例临床观察

目的明确氟康唑在外阴阴道念珠菌病治疗中的应用价值。方法将非妊娠外阴阴道念珠菌病患者随机分为口服氟康唑50例为观察组,外用咪康唑栓剂50例为对照组,记录疗效、患者接受程度、不良反应并进行分析。结果两组患者临床疗效间差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;两组患者对两种治疗方法的接受率差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论口服氟康唑治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病用药时间短,易被患者接受,再加上不良反应轻、耐受性好,值得临床推广使用。

Clinic Effect of Fluconazole in Patients with Vulvovaginal Candidiasis(Analysis of 50 Cases)

OBJECTIVE The application value in the treatment of vulvovaginal eandidiasis flueonazole. METHODS Non-pregnant patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis randomly divided into two groups. The observation group oral fluconazole for the treatment（50 cases）. Miconazole suppostitories external control group（50 cases）. Analysis the efficacy, the acceptance of patients and adverse reactions. RESULTS Comparison of clinical effect： apparent effect was higher significantly in the observation group than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The acceptance rate of two types treatment had difference significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The time of oral fluconazole treatment the vulvovaginal candidiasis was short, easy to accept, light adverse reactions, well tolerated, worthy of clinical use.
