584例老年人体检心电图临床分析

目的通过对584例体检的老年人心电图进行分析,探讨老年异常心电图的分布特点及检测的临床意义。方法回顾分析2009年1月至2010年10月于我院进行健康体检的584例老年人的心电图资料,用统计学方法进行分类统计分析。结果异常心电图为315例,所占比例为53.9%,窦性心律失常占总人数的27.2%,其中窦性心动过速和窦性心动过缓发生率均为11.8%,ST-T改变在所有的心电异常中的发生率最高为14.6%。年龄越大心电异常现象越明显,各年龄段比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论心电图检查简便,经济且安全,对老年人的心血管筛选有重要价值。

The Clinical Analysis of ECG on 584 of Elderly

Objective To discuss the ECG examination on 584 of elderly.Methods Retrospective analysis of ECG data of 584 of healthy elderly from January 2009 to October 2010 in our hospital,and using statistical methods to classify statistical analysis. Results The abnormal ECG was 315 cases,accounted for 53.9%,sinus arrhythmia was 27.2% in the total number,including sinus tachycardia and sinus bradycardia rates were 11.8 %, ST-T changes in ECG abnormalities in all highest rate was 14.6%. The older of the age and the more obvious abnormalities in the ECG,the age difference was statistically significant,with P0.05.Conclusion The ECG is simple,economical and safe for the elderly to prevent the cardiovascular disease.
